Jackson County Engineer: hire

I decided to go back and look at the interviews the County Commission did with the nine candidates for Engineer. After viewing 8 of the nine, I discovered I had no problem with the selection made by Stone, Smith, and Allen, but then, I watched the interview with J.D. Smith and now, I am convinced he is the man for the job. To be fair, you be the judge.
Remember that Jack Smith said he wanted Greg Richard because he has a surveying license, however, as J.D. Smith pointed out, the county engineer doesn't need that since his signature is as credible to the state as that of a licensed surveyor, so Commissioner Jack Smith's point is moot.

At 3:30 today, a Special Meeting was held by the Jackson County Commission. The reality of the corruption surfaces here and you will see it fester in the regular meeting held in the District Court room.

Ethics Complaint Filed

A complaint was filed against a commissioner, with the Ethics Commission. We will update this story when more information is received.
 The voters of Jackson County are speaking out . Just as the Independents have spoken in Massachusetts it appears they are speaking out all over. The year 2010 will be the most exciting in recent history. No longer will people stand for elite individuals to control their county. Their will be more information posted dealing with a complaint filed with the Ethics Commission.

JCC Chairman has surgery

After minor surgery yesterday, Sadie Bias is doing fine and recovering beautifully. Here spirits are high and she is ready to get back to fighting against the corruption in Jackson County.
